"Clean room with plenty of space and nice toiletries! Pretty quiet too especially seeing as it is on a main road and there was a noisy party downstairs (which we couldn't hear on the 4th floor)"

"Very friendly staff, room was spotless and very warm. Food selection for dinner was good and well presented. Breakfast was excellent, the singing chef added an extra welcome!!!"

"Room was clean, bathroom clean, lovely fluffy white towels. Enough packing places in the car park. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, only found out on our second day of stay that I could have requested a tea pot. I also suggested instead of bowls with marmalade/jam, could small pots be provided to put the jam into. Two complaint, one resolved, we only had one bedside lamp on the first night, I let reception k ow and on the second day a second lamp was delivered. Main complaint was the the TV came on automatically and woke us up at 04:30 on both mornings. It was reported and an attempt to resolve it however it happened again. I couldn't sleep after that. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay."
