"We enjoyed the stay right from the start. The place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything one would need was provided and more! David was great and there if we needed anything. We would have enjoyed the outdoors, ie., the fire pit and grill, had it been a little warmer. Overall, the place is easily 5 stars! "

"We loved the game room downstairs, which allowed our grandson to learn new games. Kitchen was nicely equipped and roomy. The only small downside was the house had a musty smell when we first entered and the basement was the same.Ron was a great host and quickly responded to any questions I had. The house was a great location to Letchworth and we would rent again should we come back to the park! And I would refer friends and relatives to this location. "

"My friend and I were doing a photography shoot at Letchworth Park. This is a close hotel and allowed us to come after dark and leave before sunrise. It was nice a quiet. The hotel is located behind a church and the driveway was hard to locate. No big sign. I ended up driving a round the block before locating it. I liked that it had two chairs so we could both sit. There are plenty of plugs so we could charge our phones and the batteries for the cameras. We had problems with the hotel charging station with getting our plugs to go in the socket. You have to giggle your plug. A little frustrated with that. Room was very clean. The room is unlocked with the key in it when you come and you leave it that way. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I would differently stay here again."

"My wife and I and our dog stayed here for two nights on a hiking trip to Letchworth. Very comfortable. Will stay again."

"I normally don't stay at a place without ratings but I'm so glad I picked this place. When I say the pictures doesn't do it justice, I mean it!! The house felt brand new and had everything we needed. We had our 2 grand babies with us and they loved playing outside along with taking walks. We saw deer everyday in the backyard. Lisa even went out of the way and provided smores kits for the kids which was truly enjoyed. She left a couple of bottles of local wine, in which I stopped by the liquor store and grabbed a new bottle of it to bring home. We were an hour away from Watkins Glen park but 15 min away from Letchworth State Park. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids, which the house had enough room for all of us. If you are considering this place, Just rent it!! We will definite be back next year!! "
