Top Silver Lake State Park Hotel Reviews
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warsaw
8/10 Good
"Room was very clean and comfortable. The only odd thing is the shower curtain looked like it was washed and then sat in a basket for a long time- extremely wrinkled and just hung up like that… totally out of character with the rest of the well decorated space. The breakfast was poor and the area wasn’t clean. There was zero fruit or skim milk. The small selection of non carb items was mini yogurts and pre-made western omelets. I didn’t want to set anything down in the coffee area because it hadn’t been tended to all morning. I tucked my phone and keys in my pocket because it was extremely dirty and sticky. My biggest concern is that Wyndham overbooked this hotel and the staff member had to turn away a couple at 10:30 at night. They had a reservation but were told they could have a room 1 hour away. I know that they were overbooked by 2 rooms and that really concerned me. This hotel is the only hotel in the area and if that had been me, I would have been extremely upset. The rooms are small and not inexpensive. It makes me nervous that this could happen to me in the future."
