IT was fantastic. The hotel the staff and the surrounding area where all great. The room was always kept clean, the staff went above and beyond what you would expect them to do and it's just a short drive to the city centre.

Loved the decor of hotel. Hotel itself was busy but the staff were obviously used to working under pressure and were very attentive to guests needs. We were attending a big gymnastics event in UL and the hotel were fantastic in accommodating those of us that needed to leave early by starting full breakfast service half an hour earlier than normal. My wife and I arrived for a 3 night stay. The hotel was spotless. The staff at reception were so friendly and professional. We booked a Deluxe room which was fantastic and absolutely spotless. We ate at the hotel for 2 nights and found the food and service excellent. The breakfast was equally as good.. the hotel is situated 2 mins from main shopping . The other night we ate in a pub called Knox's. .Staff were super and food also. Lovely Hotel and great spot for turning.
