"We were initially swayed by the ample parking. However, we were very pleased with the friendly welcome. The room was clean and well appointed. A nice bar and great Indian style restaurant, with delicious food completed the package."

"Unfortunately whilst this is advertised as a flat, it is actually only a room. I should have seen this when booking. The WC/shower room is small. This is my own personal experience of my stay. During my stay there were inconsiderate guests banging doors at all times and I had a guest in the room next to me who had their tv on all night. Not great when you are working, not getting in until 11pm and leaving at 6am. The landlady & landlord of the pub were very friendly & helpful, as myself and another guest both had problems opening the main door to access the guest rooms. The pub itself was great. Food was good as was the beer and all great value for money."

"The hot tub and pool were closed for refurb disappointment as one of the reasons for booking hotel Never mind the rest of the stay was top notch. Rooms beds and shower all top rate. Must mention the Breakfasts which were cooked to perfection service in dinning room fantastic. "

"This is a massive hotel. The lobby is tiny with staff of one behind glass. There was no staff available at checkout so nobody to tell that our bathroom sink didn’t drain. The hotel is very bare bones but the rooms are clean although the lobby carpet is not. "

"Great welcome, lovely site with large grounds to sit out in yet convenient for the motorway network. Super accommodation with high quality bedding and furnishings. Excellent breakfast to start the day. Two good pubs for evening meals just ten minutes walk. Don’t miss this one it’s a treat."
