"My wife and I spent 3 nights at The Chocolate Box. We had the entire cottage, which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen , living room and a washing machine. It was an extremely peaceful and relaxing stay. It was so quiet as well. The location is perfect for day trips to Cork and Cobh, as well as the Ring of Kerry. Lidl was only a 10 minute drive away "

"The staff were lovely. There is a hotel shuttle into town which is convenient as the town is close but not walking distance. I did not like the 6pm check in but knew that in advance. The grounds are lovely with a gurgling stream feeding into a lake. It’s very picturesque and worth a late check in."
