"Booked this property, received confirmation and then no communication. Had to follow up with booking agent for information on how to access the property. Then received a cancellation notice the day I was about to travel with 3 young children. No apology, no explanation, no follow up to offer assistance finding an alternative. Skipton is a wonderful town, but I would avoid this property as they obviously have no care or consideration for their customers "
