"Very friendly staff. Excellent food- thank you chefs. Comfy clean room. Friendly atmosphere. Convenient for shops, train station and buses. We were above the bar but didn't really hear any noise. (The bar closed 10pm at the latest) Road works had just started on the street but as we were out during the day it didn't affect us. Always managed to get a parking slot on the street. If we were to suggest improvements it would be to have a couple of shelves in the bathroom and a light above the bathroom mirror. We would certainly recommend this lovely little pub.
