"We spent two weeks at this hotel, and it was a fantastic vacation! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful! They had an answer to every question or situation. The room cleaning was excellent. The lobby was so beautiful and relaxing. It was just a joy to see it there. I want to give a special shout-out to the kitchen staff: breakfast was amazing every morning! They have a wide variety of dishes, amazing pastries, and a special ginger drink. I'd never tried it before, and it was unique and delicious. The waiters were always polite, smiling, and kept the entire room spotlessly clean. I would happily visit this hotel again and highly recommend it."

"Spent a long weekend at the Grandior Hitel. Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very clean. Reception is always open. Bar and Restaurants very clean, staff polite and very helpful. Hotel is in a convenient location and within walking distance to various sites etc. Definitely recommend the Grandior Hotel."

"We know the Residence is the annex part of the Unitas Hotel so was very happy with the spacious room. It has kettle and fridge in our room along with Air condition. The room is clean and bright. The only thing we wished was if staff can explain the facility/amenity better - we have to ask for direction to the Residence part of the hotel, Website says "coffee/tea facilities" and turns out only tea bags were provided in the room, we would have to pay for coffee. All in all still a great stay, but just wished we get the full information at check in."
