As advertised pool was not at this property it was across in another building No fridge in room bar was closed on top floor & no kettle or coffee in room facilities very poor in such hot weather

Very good, a few things missing....
Fantastic location and views. Surrounded by lively bars and restaurants. The first room assigned to me had no window, but they happily changed the room the next day. Breakfast was good, catering for British, with various types of eggs, lovely bacon, good sausages... but fruit, ( which I prefer) was tinned, and only occasional watermelon, apple or oranges. Also there was ham, cheese, rolls, salad, croissants catering for continental breakfast eaters. Hotel staff very good. Reception was not able to supply an adaptor, for European appliances. I think Malta is very British, and doesn't consider people coming from Italy.(Take or buy your own adaptor). Also, no fridge, tea or coffee in my room. Maybe more expensive rooms have these. Wine choice on rooftop bar is very limited. They need to cater for people who like good wine. Overall, it was very good, for the price, and I do recommend this hotel.

Not sure who would provide 4 or 5 stars to this place but besides looking good from outside, the place is terrible. Staff is not helpful at all and on the border of being rude. Breakfast looks great from a distance but prepared from cheap stuff and tastes terrible. The room was very small, humide, and smelled terribly bad, like someone peed inside and the staff refused to provide another one. I would stay far away from this place despite its good location. Also, they saw my reservation was coming and they offered a shared van service for 25 euro each way, in reality the taxi ride (not shared with anyone) is only 20 euro from the airport. All this place wanted to do is to maximize their profit at our expenses.

although my stay there was pleasant enough. The hotel room did not feel clean. The toilet had a crack in it and smelled of urine each time I flushed. The tub had a stain in it and the floors felt sticky. I just don’t feel that the maids did a good job cleaning the room. The staff there is very kind and accommodating so no complaints there. The location is excellent for walking to and from popular spots. Overall, if ever back in Malta I would give it another try and hopefully the rooms are cleaned properly.

Awesome location, beachfront with plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious and tidy. Added breakfast was a plus, there was a good range of options to choose from. Plus the staff was amazing!!! Shout out to the main concierge during our stay, Ms. Mercy. She was very hospitable and knowledgeable. She provided amazing recommendations from places to eat, what to see and do around Malta and how to access places with local transportation. Overall amazing stay!

Good hotel but …..
Perfectly not luxurious hotel. Room clean but v little extras eg shampoo etc. take your own! Plenty of clean towels and bedding. First floor sea view is blocked by trees and Noisey traffic when balcony door open. If paying foor sea view insist on higher floor.

Small Room With Good Breakfast
First, be warned the hotel is two separate buildings. My taxi took me to the front, where I learned my room was in the adjoining building with stairs. No way to tell you before. I insisted they carry my heavy stuff there. Room very small with twin bed. Only one of 9 hotels with such small bed, and still hard to move around. Bathroom tiny with toilet in weird position, and didn’t always flush. Required a few efforts. Neighborhood is central, but not much to do in Sliema. Bus located right outside. Receptionist Mercy terrific. Anika, too. Okay for 2 nights, but stay in Valletta and take ferry to Sliema just to see.

Value for Money. Plaza Regency. A Nice stay.
Hotel is modern and very clean. Rooms are as expected a resonable size. We had a free upgrade to a Superior which included fridge and coffeee making facilities. Staff were more than helpful. They arranged Taxi to and from the Airport for €40. There is a €5 tax to pay on arrival. The hotel is on a busy main road so when on the balcony was very noisy. But I would go again as that was the only downside.

The room we got when we arrived should have sea-view but the view was blocked with trees. It took some trouble to change the room. Lot of noise from the street, not enjoyable to sit on balcony.

Me and my 2 mates thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Location is ideal and if you are lucky to get a room with a balcony (like we did) you have a stunning view over the bay. Hotel offered to arrange transport to/from airport, I would recommended this to be done!! The roof top pool and bar is amazing, drinks are slightly more expensive than most of the local but the view is worth bit more. Many bars and restaurants are close-by. would avoid the one directly opposite as it is more expensive and not that great. We did book a bed and breakfast however when we got to the hotel we found out it wasn't included, this maybe a fault of Expedia however it was alright for 3 lads for this to be an inconvenience however if you are a family of 2 adults and 2 children this will be an additional 20€ a day you may not have budgeted for.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in September 2022 and overall had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, our flight didn’t arrive till around 2:30am and I’d booked the transfers offered by the hotel at €23 each way, that states the driver would meet us on arrival. We were then forced to wait for nearly an hour in a totally empty terminal building, with me having to make numerous calls to get a driver to collect us. The taxi on the return journey wasn’t much better, we were provided with I can only describe as a death trap, with no working seat belts and a car that had been long life expired. Anyway we were first put into our room (504) and although it was exceptionally small, was fine for 1 night, until I contacted reception and got it changed to a far more suitable room (530), with a side sea view. Hotel is deceptively large, spotlessly clean and helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is buffet style with sausage, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes, crispy bacon, beans and also a full compliment of continental breakfast options, which was really enjoyable every day. It’s located right on the sea front, around a 15” walk around the bay from the main tourist bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend getting a sea view room.

Was a lovely hotel, nice and clean with a great rooftop pool and bar. plenty of options with the breakfast buffet. The only downside to it is the foreign students running through the corridors late at night.

We have been to this hotel at least 4 times. However the main problem with it this time was the following- They did not advise on website that the Restaurant was shut for evening meals so had to go looking every night for somewhere to eat. They did not advise that the sun terrace and bar was not available due to workmen on the area so nowhere to relax, read a book or have a drink No outdoor pool. The beds were like laying on metal springs and the sheets were off white and no duvet, just a heavy blanket type thing and dust under the beds. So I am sorry to say we won’t be going there again. Ending on a positive the staff were lovely such a shame

The hotel is located on the seafront in Sliema. The station of the airport bus is next to the hotel. The room has city view, but also partial view of the seafront. The air conditioning works very well. The free WiFi connection is good. The TV was out of order. The breakfast is good. Due to an early departure flight, the staff prepared me a breakfast box and I appreciated this. There is 24-hour front desk. I asked the reception staff to wake me up early in the morning in the check-out day, but they did not do it.

The restaurant wasn’t open for dinner when I was there. The staff woke me up at 8-9 to see what time I was going to check out and then walked straight into my room around 10 o’clock when the checkout time is at 11. I felt like I was being rushed out of the room

Very clean and comfortable. Well worth paying the extra for sea view superior rooms. Handy for local buses to sliema waterfront, Valletta, airport and cirkewwa for the gozo ferry. Decent breakfast with usual buffet choices
