We loved the resort. Everything was accessible and close enough to walk to in 5 minutes. Rooms were clean and staff were wonderful and helpful. The beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs for everyone.
We loved the food and coffee bar. Our only suggestion would be for more bar staff as the lines were long for drinks in all areas.
Would definitely recommend this resort!

Our vacation was PERFECT in every way! This resort is amazing! Set within a jungle next to the ocean! The food was amazing- the service was always EXCELLENT- the staff was VERY ATTENTIVE- and our Nomadic Guides (Oscar and Andre) we're very helpful with any of our questions. We will BE BACK!!!

Air conditioning super loud, someone kept knocking on our door and running away. Staff came in and cleaned our room even when we have the snooze sign up. Staff also seemed super miserable to be there working. Not very many welcoming or friendly people working there.

The AWA hotel is absolutely stunning! The views from the room and the restaurant are breathtaking. The atmosphere is incredible, and my family and I spent six wonderful nights there. We can’t wait to return. Holbox is truly a dreamy island.
