The property location was perfect, very close to many attractions. Unfortunately the shower door in the bathroom would not shut properly so every time you went to shower water went all over the bathroom floor. The hairdryer broke as soon as we went to use it, however when mentioned to the hotel staff they were very quick to source a replacement. The lamp in the room also did not work and there was no bedside tables or tea or coffee facilities. However the beds were very comfortable.

The basic rooms are super small. The lighting in the room was horrible. The bathroom was rather nice, with heated floors. The breakfast was wonderful, great selection, fresh food, and very nice servers.

"This hotel is immaculate and is in close proximity to transportation (quick trip to stockholm) railtoad bus etc.lets not forget to mention it's inside a mall. You can have the convenience of shopping have dinner or get your nails done your hair done. Breakfast is great and the staff are very courteous. ..."
