Residence Ca' laRipa is part of an old complex dating 1791. The house, overlooking the Iseo lake, has been realized following a renovation of the main "casa", with the goal of providing modern accommodation standards whilst preserving the original style and furniture of the house.

The house is an elegant and functional mix of modern and antique forniture, and it consists of:
- Large private terrace with solarium and gazebo, overlooking the lake;
- Spacious living room with TV;
- Semi-professional large kitchen that can easily accommodate more than 10 people;
- Bedroom with one king-size bed, with balcony overlooking the lake;
- Bedroom with 2 single beds, with balcony overlooking the lake;
- Large bedroom with 3 beds (1 king-size bed, and 2 single beds), with balcony overlooking the lake;
- A full-sized modern bathroom, inclusive of a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, and a hair-dryer;
- An additional toilet;
- A laundry room.

TV and Wi-Fi are included.

Lovely house and surroundings

We had a very good time in Apartment La Terrazza. The scenery is beautiful. The house is well equipped and very complete. Especially the terrace is very lovely and convenient to relax. Also our children loved it. To enjoy the surroundings you need to have a car.

Super séjour dans un site magnifique

Le lac d’Iseo et ses îles propose un paysage absolument magnifique. Le logement d’Andrea, situé dans une belle propriété familiale, propose une vue magnifique. Il a beaucoup de charme, dispose d’une tres grande terrasse avec vue. Le réveil avec vue panoramique sur le lac est génial! Andréa a été tres réactif dans les échanges avant notre arrivée et adorable avec nous lors de notre séjour.

Superbe location avec vue imprenable

La location est très spacieuse, propre, se situe au sein d'une belle et grande propriété historique rénovée, la terrasse est spacieuse, indépendante et jouit d'une vue splendide sur le lac d'Iséo. La maison dispose des tous les équipements modernes nécessaires. La literie est de bonne qualité. En couple avec 3 enfants, nous y avons passé une excellent séjour. De la location, les sites à visiter autours du lac d'Iséo sont à proximité, la situation géographique est donc bonne. Enfin, Andrea, qui parle un excellent français, nous a très bien accueillis et conseillés pendant le séjour. Merci encore à lui pour sa gentillesse.

l'Italie comme on l'aime

La vue depuis cette terrasse spacieuse est tout simplement magnifique, et captive le regard à toute heure du jour! Il y fait bon manger, lire un livre, bronzer, ouvrir l'oeil tout simplement. La région regorge de richesses à découvrir ; les villes de Bergame, Milan (nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'aller à Brescia), l'île de Monte Isola, des curiosités naturelles (les pyramides de Zone), de magnifiques balades en moyenne montagne avec des vues renouvelées sur le lac et ses environs, et puis tout simplement, la baignade à température idéale, dans un lieu de rêve non envahi par les touristes... Tout le monde y a trouvé son compte, nos 4 adolescents et jeunes adultes et nous-mêmes. La maison est grande, confortable et très bien équipée, et les propriétaires à l'écoute et disponibles! Un petit bémol: les cloches des nombreuses églises du coin qui sonnent l'angélus à 8h... mais cela fait partie du décor, peu à peu on s'y habitue et on se rendort si on aime la grasse matinée...

Maison merveilleuse, vue splendide, région aux mille richesses

La maison La Terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur le lac d'Iseo en plus de toutes les commodités pratiques : tout est bien agencé et il ne manque absolument rien pour passer d'excellentes vacances, accueil et disponibilité d'Andrea compris! A recommander sans réserve. La région est très riche, tant du point de vue culturel que pour des activités sportives ou simplement pour profiter de la dolce vita dans les belles petites villes toutes proches comme Lovere, ou plus proche encore, au fantastique café-patisserie La Forneria de Solta Collina!

Nice view from a spacious, well equiped appartment

Tina and Maurizio received us in a very friendly way. Lots of tips for a visit in de surroundings. The appartment (house) is very spacious and very well equiped. It has a lovely view on the lake Iseo. The terrace was one of our favourite places. From there we could enjoy the lake view while we were eating or reading a book. As the lake is at 4 km with a steep road. You have to have a car or be a good biker uphill :-). At night, sleeping with open windows, barking neighbour dogs were a minus point. (They don't seem to need a lot of sleep at night.) In the morning Churchbells provided us with a feastly awakening. The sitting room lakked a bid of the cosiness of the rest of the house and the TV was (very) small to watch the football championship matches. Only Italian channels were available. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this appartment!

Une excellente adresse

"La maison est magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos, grande, meublée avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipée. Les chambres spacieuses ont un balcon avec vue. La terrasse est vraiment idéale avec sa vue imprenable sur le lac, les montagnes qui l''entourent et les jardins en contrebas. On a presque du mal à la quitter et pourtant il faut aussi profiter des nombreuses ballades à faire autour du lac et sur Monte Isola, à Brescia qui est une ville qui vaut le détour, à Bergame et plus loin (lac de Côme, lac de Garde) si le coeur vous en dit. Les propriétaires sont charmants et fournissent une bonne documentation sur la région, et les habitants du village sont toujours souriants. Notre seul regret est de n''avoir loué que pour 4 jours, c''était trop court !"
