The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area.

The breakdast buffet was fresh and very substantial. The room was spacious and well appointed. The location with proximity to public transportatiin and a hub for guided tours was ideal.

The staff were excellent room was clean but the bathroom could do with a upgrade plastic shower curtain and shower water was that hot we couldn't a just the temperature so had to bath . Evening meal was excellent in the bar
