Lisa who managed the breakfast and housekeeping was a truly wonderful hostess. So accommodating and kind. She made our stay very memorable. The breakfasts were fantastic and our terrace in the Capri suite was super for sundown cocktails.

The property manager was very kind and came out and met us and showed us exactly where to park and how to get into the hotel facilities. The hotel is actually inside an apartment complex, so not very visible, but the property managers will stay updated with you and make sure you get there ok.

We rented the Capri suite and it was lovely - nice terrace to enjoy the view. The room was very big, very comfortable firm bed (better than my mattress at home) large bathroom and shower. Lucia was very welcoming with the overview of the place and Maria was so friendly and provided breakfast every morning. We loved our time in Sorrento and really enjoyed the Sersale Suites, we would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was very nice and in an excellent location; however it was a bit overpriced for Wgat it was. It’s not really a hotel… more of an air b&b with rooms rented out. It ended up being an apt broken into rooms with a small center k dining area. I had tried to cancel 1 night due to an error and the owner refused… and it was more than a month before my trip. I thought that was greedy. He also charged me the tax for the day we weren’t there! They don’t offer you water in your room after the first day… I was told where the grocery store was. The day I got there, I asked the girl for water as we had travelled in a hot train for hours and she was giving us the “rules”…. and she said I’d have a bottle in my room… and kept talking. After I told her I really needed some water, she got a standard bottle and split it between 3 of us!!! Seriously! A $.25 bottle of water and she couldn’t give us each one? Again… a bit greedy when paying $400/night. The elevator definitely needs updated… it was very scary and the halls are black at night… you’d have to know where the light was; and we weren’t told. The pics on the internet are a bit deceiving… only 1 room has access to the patio… view is poor. We were told not to lose the key at night because it would be hard to get another… no one is on property??? Had to go thru “what’s app”. It was just not a great experience as we had in the other hotels.

Hello Sue,thank you for sharing your opinion.We never received your request of change the date and if you really did it more than one month before your arrival we would have accepted it with no problems.You told us the day of your check-in and the reservation was not refundable anymore (our free cancellation period expires 30 days before)Since we rejected the request you immediately started to search for any problem. Our coworker showed you how to switch on the light in the common area of the building. It was required to press a button. You complained because there were no automatic light... howere we don't think that press a button is so difficult. The building is a condominium and we can't do these modificiations without approval from other neighbours.The tourist tax follow the reservation. If you book for 4 nights the authorities pretend for us the tax for 4 nights.The pics have been taken in the property and show all our rooms and breakfast area as it really is.Also the view from the room is showed correctly in the pictures. The b&b doesn't have a 24hours reception or front desk (as it is reported in the listing) so it's normal that there is no one in the property at night. My coworker only suggested you to take care of the keys at night because it would have been a problem to access without it. I don't think it's a big deal.I also want to clarify that Sersale Suites in not an hotel but a B&B and it is advertised as B&B.

I liked that it was so close to the center of Sorrento with all the shops and restaurants so close by. The terrace was the best part of the property.

Our stay was magical! The area is beautiful fri explore and close to Capri for a day trip. In the morning we lived the beautifully decorated kitchen and the lovely delish food Maria prepared for us. We could walk to shops and dining and the beach quickly. At night we can back to our beautifully decorated room and it was so nice and clean. We had a lovely balcony to sit out on as well. We will be back with the whole family soon♥️♥️♥️

I would highly recommend staying in this apartment. It is a great location for exploring Sorrento and close to the bus station if you were travelling around Amalfi. It was very clean, modern, bright and also Maria serves an amazing breakfast. We had the Capri suite which has an incredible view from the large balcony. We were also met as soon as we arrived by Lucia who was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. I did read before we went that the outside area doesn’t look the best which was worth knowing as we arrived late but definitely nothing to be concerned about.

Don’t be fooled by the outside pictures of this place. Whilst it appears to be a block of flats the inside is fantastic and impeccably clean. It is ok as a base if you opt for a room without a balcony but the larger delux room has a wonderful balcony to sit out in the morning/evening. Whilst there is no onsite staff 24/7 there is always someone on site in the mornings to prepare fresh breakfast and clean the rooms and you can call / WhatsApp the office with any queries and they are prompt to respond. Breakfast is fantastic and more than you could eat. The location is the best part being right in the centre of the main shopping area in Sorrento and a 10 min walk to the beachside area where sun beds can be hired for 20euros each per day. The only downside is that it can be slightly noisy at night as near the main road and opposite a supermarket and there is a school next door where kids congregate late into the evening playing football on the Astro. However would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for well kept apartments close to town.

Great location. 2 minute walk to the main shopping and dining locations. 14 minute walk to the waterfront. Room was very nice and recently updated. Had a big balcony with a great view. Maria our breakfast host was great!!

This location was right next to the Main Street for shopping! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and was a great way to start the day. We also had a gorgeous view from our room. I would highly recommend a stay here!

The apartments are located a short distance from the town of Sorrento - literally a five minute walk and are very central for all tourist attractions, including shops, restaurants and the beach. The accommodation is on the fifth floor of a block of apartments, accessed by lift. Really delighted we choose Sersales Suites as the facilities were modern, very clean and had a great walk in shower. Breakfast was provided by Maria who went out of her way to please guests. There was a choice of sweet or savoury or a mixture of both. Guests can also help themselves to coffee and pastries in the small restaurant outside of breakfast hours. The housekeeping was of a high standard and the room was cleaned daily. Sersales Suites arranged our transport to/from Naples Airport and we had a delightful driver called Francesco. We were very pleased with our stay and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and would happily stay again. Although not a hotel, the staff at the Sersale Office are always contactable and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We were a bit worried that our arrival time would be earlier than check in, as the apartments do not have a Concierge. However, this was not an issue on the day, as the Office sent someone to welcome us with the key.

Angelo and Maria were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. We would have preferred a bigger room for 3 adults. Shower was good. Linen change and towel change only on 3 rd day which is not what I am used too, however Maria was kind to accommodate extra towel request.

I do not usually give reviews, but Sersale Suites deserves the world. I stayed with my girlfriend in the Positano room and it was outstanding. The place itself is in the best location in Sorrento, along with being very clean. The room was bigger than the pictures depict it to be. Every morning they offer you breakfast, which is really sweet. Overall, this has probably been the nicest place in Italy that I have stayed at. Very wholesome and welcoming.

Great location, close to the main shopping snd dinning strip. Very good breakfast with savoury and sweet options. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Capri room which had a large covered deck and comfy deck chairs which was nice to relax on in the afternoon sun. I would stay here again.

The location is great, very close to the centre of Sorrento. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The host was very friendly and we were provided with lots of helpful information when we arrived. There is a car park about 5 minutes walk away, Parcheggio Stinga. Highly recommended.

I cannot praise this property enough. The pictures cannot really tell the reality. The whole property is very high standard and a lot of thought has been put into decorating it. It's also super central so everything is walking distance. Fabio, the host went out of his way to make the stay comfortable and memorable. I was staying in the Capri suite and loved how spacious, modern and clean the room was, not mentioning the wonderful terrace and the view. I would also like to thank Francesca for preparing delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this place!

You will be treated like you are in a 5* hotel. Meet us to check in, had suggestions on dining which were great! Called us the day before to see what they could set up for us, very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous! We had it on our balcony each morning and it was beautiful. Wonderful way to start the day. remembered what we did not like the day before and should change the menu to fit our likes. Room very nice, location convenient. We left our car key there and they shipped it to us in the US, We would stay there again and recommending the place to our friends

I highly recommend Sersale Suites. The property is beautiful and very walkable to shops, marinas, restaurants and cafes. The people working here are wonderful, friendly and they provided great recommendations. I love that they were in contact with me to ensure a safe arrival and were available if I needed anything during my stay. The breakfast spread was great and Anna was wonderful.

Sersale suites was an amazing place to stay! It was a great location.. walking distance to the peer/market/bus! Fabio (owner of the property) was also so sweet.
