Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack

Great hotel- super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet covered all tastes and although we only dined in one evening that meal was great- along with an excellent wine recommendation. The room & bathroom were cleaned daily with fresh towels. We loved our stay and if we return to the Algarve we will be staying here! Thank you!

"Very basic hotel. Walkable to the Faro airport. I have stayed here three times. No in room fridge or coffee. Breakfast, for a fee, is available. Ive not tried the Breakfast as my flights are always to early. Food is available at a Pingo Doce Very nearby."
