Enjoyed the stay

I really enjoyed our holiday at this villa. The pool was really nice , the area very nice and quiet, only a bit far from ayia napa but the bus stop is very close. Definetly we ll be back During the stay no one came to change the sheets or make some cleaning :( only some guy to clean the pool

Villa was nice and clean, with all you need for self-catering. I knew the property was situated in a quiet area but there is a restaurant and a supermarket just on 2 mins walk. Beds are good size, but the mattress it was too firm for us.

The location of the house was really close to the motorway exit and in about 10min. By car in the center of Agia Napa!!The pool was great and always good for a cool down!!!It is very well air conditioned un cooling down well in a very short time! Exchange of messages with the landlords works flawlessly and very fast. The shower on the upper floor is a bit weak and in the lower toilet the dishwasher only worked conditionally because the dishwasher box is a bit loose..

Great, quiet villa

I stayed at villa 2 and loved it! I have stayed at villa 4 before which was also good. My daughter has autism so we need quiet, consistent and safe and this villa meets all 3. The pool is hardly over-looked so good privacy. It has a shallow and deep end which isn't always the case in Cyprus. The villa itself is very functional, with everything you need, including beach towels! I had a few questions during our stay and usually had an answer in minutes. Would highly recommend for families that want a quiet place to stay. The air con unit in the smaller bedroom works but is a little noisy. The driveway is narrow and awkwsrd to navigate. If you want to use the driveway, reverse up it and hire a small car (we had a VW Polo and it only just fit!). Otherwise, you can park on the road and walk up the drive. Bear in mind there is a house that shares the driveway
