"The stay was okay overall. The room was clean and had the basics, but nothing really stood out. The bed was comfortable enough. Staff were polite, The location was convenient, which was probably the best part."

"I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn in Nashville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room itself was not well maintained — there were visible cigarette burns on the comforter, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. The biggest issue, though, was the noise and lack of management response. Around 6 a.m., there were people outside our room in the parking lot screaming, along with others revving their car engines near the lobby area. This went on long enough to completely disrupt our sleep, and despite how close this was to the front desk, nothing was done to address it. Check-in also set a negative tone from the start. The staff member who assisted us was rude and unwelcoming, which is not what you expect after a long day of travel. Because of these issues, we chose to leave early. We attempted to work through Expedia to resolve the situation, but the hotel declined to respond to their outreach regarding a refund. Overall, this stay felt poorly managed, unclean, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this property."

"I was expecting a "boutique" motel. It was just a basic room with two beds, K cup machine and a small refrigerator. I just should have read more of the room details. My bad."

"It's in a pretty sketchy part of town. The bottom floor facing the street overlooks a vacant parking lot that is occupied by prostitutes and homeless people. I think this is the side of the motel that is reserved for Expedia and other discount customers. I kept having to re-magnetize my key which the staff kept blaming on me putting it too close to my keys, but I don't know. The whole place was pretty dirty and not the usual Super 8 quality. "
