"We had a terrible experience at Bentley Hotel South Beach. We checked in, put our bags down, and immediately knew we couldn’t stay—the hotel had a very strong, unpleasant smell, the building is extremely outdated, the windows are in poor condition, and the shower floor was dirty. We canceled within a few hours and never used the room, yet they refused to give us any credit. On top of that, we were overcharged for valet despite being told we’d receive a $50 credit, which we’re still waiting on. This is absolutely not a luxury hotel and not somewhere I would ever stay again."

"If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the heart of Miami, the Kenmore Hotel is a great choice. Despite being close to all the action, it felt quiet and comfortable. The room was very clean and well-equipped. I especially appreciated how attentive and kind the staff were. 5 stars all the way!"

"The hotel was great and the staff friendly and helpful. You can walk to everything from this location. Security works well with the passcode given at checkin. Off the street parking is a plus. No complaints at all. "
