He was extremely hellful in assisting us to get to the hotel with all the options. After we were scared straight (lol) we rented a car, Chris knowing that help save us a couple dollars told us the best and safest way to park with all day service.. The hospitality from both Sam and Chris continued throughout the stay!! The tone of the hotel very grown and sexy!!! The room itself tremendously beautiful! (Pay attention the the art) this is a must every Chicago stay!! I’ve stayed at a lot of pricey hotels and this by far is #1! And a good price! Hopefully you all get to experience the Chris/Sam combo!! Absolutely adored them! "
