Great Location close to Paddington Station.
The property and room is cleaned.
Room is small but it is good enough for short stay to transfer to different city.
No elevator in case you have big suitcases.

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Disappointing Room Amenities
The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the location is excellent. The room also matched the description and photos provided on Expedia.
Unfortunately, the room amenities were very disappointing. The TV did not work properly, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, making showering difficult and time-consuming, and the hot water was insufficient or almost nonexistent.
These are basic necessities that should be provided by any hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them. I would advise future guests to consider these drawbacks before booking, as a great location and friendly staff cannot compensate for such essential facilities not working properly.

"The view of Tower Bridge is amazing. Restaurants and bars on property were great with both indoor and outdoor seating. The let down are the rooms - the first room we saw had chunks of carpet missing, warped closet doors that would not open and close and a shower set up from the 1950’s. Heizel from ..."
