Excellent hotel with amazing employees. They truly made our stay special, we wish we could stay there much longer.

It's really convenient, can walk to most of the local attractions, markets, Pub Street etc.

Staff are brilliant. I was there for 2 weeks and they made me feel very welcome and they always asked how my day was etc. the hotel is right in the old quarter and was a perfect base. The breakfast is in a sister hotel only 2 minutes walk away at my pace . I didn't really eat there much. But it was basic but ok . The room is cleaned every day. 2 bottles of water in the fridge every time. I was happy here.

As my first time in a 5-star resort/hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I received, however, completely blew me away. We stayed for 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly and attentive, without being excessive. The breakfast had a lot of variety with daily chefs preparing in front of you rather than out of view in a kitchen, and everything was always fresh. Great hotel, I dropped it a star because of the construction - and of course, I got the room literally facing the construction site (I’m convinced this stuff always happens to me!) the staff were 10/10 though. Room was gorgeous. I might be harsh dropping it a star, because everything was amazing apart from the construction which isn’t their fault - just book a room on the other side if possible

I was on a business trip and everything was great - clean, very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a late check out as I was playing golf in the morning and no problem

Stayed here for 3 nights and I would come back here again if I come back to hanoi. Very spacious room, very clean, it’s a good location - walking distance to the night markets, lake side, museums, many good local food. Jimmy the manager has also been very helpful even before we reached hanoi. When I first booked months ago, he immediately WhatsApp us and assured us that all our needs are taken care of. Very close to everything so could walk for food or shopping. But it was also noisy so be aware.
