"Elevators were not working, I am disabled and was unable to get to room. They sent a bell boy to take us to another room which took an hr. Room was terrible not clean. 7 of us in room and no sheets for pull out sofa and only 4 towels between 7 of us. Requested more and it took over an hr to bring to us. Waterpark had slides closed for whole stay. Fire alarm kept going off all night on 2nd night of stay. Couldn't do online check out. Called and asked for compensation and was told they don't give compensation. Charges on my credit card that were not ours. Cannot get thru to a real person to discuss. Worst place I have ever stayed and will never stay there again!! Terrible customer service."

"Our stay at Sheraton Villas was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, and the hospitality was truly 10/10. The location was amazing with so many great amenities nearby and on-site. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. I would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be booking here again in the future!"

"Location was nice but the electrical outlets did not work. The hotel service team put a core from one side of the room to the other side just for the TV. I was not able to charge my phone or make coffee in the morning. "

"Very nice hotel that was probably the nicest one I ever stayed at. I went down for my birthday and they had bars, food places, and a stores at the hotel itself. My room had a private hot tub which I greatly loved. My only complaint is that the state had an almost record low so the hot water was struggling a little bit. However as soon as I told them, they went straight to trying to fix it."

"I thought I booked a nice resort for my husband, my 1 yr old and I, its more like a pretty motel 6. The front desk was very friendly but once I found my room, which is outside by the way, the key didnt work my husband had to hike back to the front office three times. They informed me if there was any smoke at all in the room I would be charged $250. Which I’m fine with I don’t smoke. Well that night I woke up smelling smoke and freaked out, apparently the person next to our room was smoking outside our room and there is a big gap at the bottom of our door so anytime someone smokes I could smell it. Very frustrating since I have my 1 yr old with us. People were loud until 1am the walls are paper thin you hear everything! If your looking for a nice resort this isn’t it. The breakfast is a joke the same watered down eggs and hard pieces of bacon you get at a cheep hotel. I didn’t feel safe. Gave me the creeps"
