"Everything was good here. My only problem with it was the confusing organization of the three towers and the elevators and the parking. There was no air conditioning to escape to in the main towers, and no air conditioning in the elevators. We were there during a big heat wave though. Everywhere was sweltering. "

My children and I really like the view of Volcano Bay...such a fun resort and very close to all the other Universal Studio parks. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
