"The only thing good was the beach. The pool was over packed and the elevators were broken. The ice machines weren’t working. It took them 4 hrs to bring me some extra pillows. The sink was clog and when we came in the room the toilet paper was soaked as if it fell in the water. The rooms need maintenance."
