"No where to park for drop off, being so close to the airport, there are double red lines everywhere. We hope we dont get a £100 parking charge!!"

"Nice clean room, bathroom was above average, breakfast was below average but the evening meal was way above average well cooked, i went for a meal on the Indian menu. "

"Always helpful staff, but watch out for the parking company who take forever to cancel their over active parking fines! Especially when booked into the hotel and provided evidence. It took them nearly a month to cancel their fine and because of this my car hire company charged me £50 admin fee for the parking fine!"

"As a regular bi annual customer of this hotel for so many years. I was disappointed with the breakfast menu. My child is autistic. They remember where everything was. They did not enjoy at all. The cheese selection was gone. No fresh bread. Least selection of pastries. No fruits. What a disaster and disappointment. Moreover the three room cards which were given to us. They keep falling apart. Did not work with in 1/2 an hour of llcoming to room. Got then redone at reception. Yet again they fail to open the door with in two hours of redoing them. I m sooo much disappointed first time in ever staying history at this place. Not looking forward to book anytime soon. I will be looking into next door, Royal hotel to stay in. "

"Tired looking hotel, could do with an update. Breakfast was a disappointment, no bacon or eggs and seemed to be no hurry to replenish items. Didn’t use pool or spa but looked nice enough. Extremely helpful member of staff helped us pull some tables together for a meal in the bar one night as we couldn’t get into the restaurant and needed to be sat at a regular table. Bar prices were very expensive- £32 for 2 glasses of wine! Also tried to charge us £10 for car parking even though we had travelled by train. This was quickly rectified. Rooms were dated but had toiletries in the bathroom - only 1 hand towel - and there was plenty of teabags, milk, coffee etc "

"Lake view is nice and Rooms are a good size , but very dated. Wafer thin pillows and very poor shower pressure. Would be fine if paying £40-50 per night but at £90 was overpriced. "
