"excellent stay! biggest bed we've seen in a while, very confortable and pleasant. extremely clean room and bathroom, very tidy and organized. the hotel is a bit isolated but not bad at all, not many choices even though in a calm zone and with a couple of restaurants solutions and places to drive to in 5/10 min drive. we spent the weekend as a place to sleep after being out for the day. and everyday woke up rested. the only down side for us was the lack of a small fridge. "This hotel was probably very nice 30 or 40 years ago but quite tired. Staff is minimal and I waited for over 30 minutes to checkin. Then went down to use the spa at 1800 and no people were around. No towels. Another guest said after 1800 it was necessary to go to the front desk for towels. No staff around for another 30 minutes. Several of the spa facilities were shutdown or not functioning. The whole reason I went to this hotel was that it was rated as 4 star!! It was far from a 3...
