"This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and cafes. Though it isn't near the Christmas market (our primary reason for the trip), it is near enough that we were quite happy. The room itself is HUGE. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also perfect. The heated floors added to the enjoyment, since winter can prove to be a bit chilly. The check in was super easy and fast, though I was a little confused when i didn't receive my email. However, a quick phone call to the hotel number resolved that issue satisfactorily. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Stayed here many times before,main reasons are large room,bathtub and free car park.Used to include free buffet breakfast but no longer available which is a shame as the variety and quality were excellent.Also no longer available is the very handy free coffee to take away area."

"Wonderful. Lovely big room in new building adhacent to hotel. Lovely beds and shower. Both dinner and breakfast were great. Warm welcome from reception. Excellent service in the restaurant from Andrew. Chef appeared and served one dish himself as we needed it gluten free. Highly recommended."

"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"All staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the Spa area. Fatima at the front desk was especially helpful and genuine!!"
