"This is an older property that has been remodeled and feels like an old country inn. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice dinner with a good wine selection in the dinning room."

"Great hotel. Rooms were modern and clean. We stayed in the Cuillen Suite which had 2 bedrooms and a common seating area. The balcony overlooks Loch Lomond. Room had both heat and AC. The AC units however were right outside the bedroom which made it loud. Walking distance to the cute little town of Luss. Wish I would have booked more time here"

"I was all fabulous, we loved it. Only a couple of gripes, the hairdryers are not great as you have to keep you thumb on a button to keep it going and they didn’t see to have any decaf facilities for tea. Everything else great, thankyou."
