Very friendly staff, great hotel, excellent location for nice restaurants and the tram

The full service approach with food and beverages on the house. Facilities were updated and well maintained. Excellent people. Limited view from the lounge which is a narrow corridor. Slightly off the main tourist area - walk an extra 15 mins. Quite excellent

Absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful and welcoming hotel. Room was fabulous and spacious and the jacuzzi made a city stay feel like a resort! The staff were so warm and friendly and helped us celebrate a dual birthday with a wonderful cake. They looked after us like family ❤️ also you must get up for the breakfast it’s fresh and the staff lovely just what you need to start the day

The hotel is located in the Navigli area of Milan along the canals. The staff were all so welcoming- there was torrential rain as we walked from the station so we were dripping wet on arrival, and they got us checked into our room straight away. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with more than enough space for us and our 5 year old. We had a lovely lunch in the bar downstairs- we were the only ones there but we were welcomed by the wonderful staff as if we were regulars. We also had fab...

Everything was just perfect. The central location was the best and easy to reach. There was a close parking lot with reasonable price. The reception has provided wonderful service and information. The room was excellent, clean and spacious. All amenities, including the wi-fi were faultless. Breakfast was great. I like to mention Mr. Gisel at the reception for his friendliness and excellent service.
