"Every where was immaculate, I had a single room and there was even an iron and board in the room, which was beautifully decorated. Cliff the host was so welcoming and the breakfast was delicous, so much choice always cooked fresh. Will definately be coming back"

"We booked two rooms - one of which hadn't been cleaned on arrival but staff were very helpful and quick to sort an alternative room. Rooms are run down unfortunately and could do with some TLC in places. But the rooms are a really good size so as a large family across two rooms we didn't feel cramped. "Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed."

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked.
