"Nice hotel. Walked into the wrong room At 1130 at night. The guy inside was pissed. Staff apologetic. Got in 4th floor room and the ppl above us ran laps in their room all night. Nice hotel but def not the best stay. "

"The hotel itself with all the facilities is truly excellent but I must mention one severe disappointment. When we checked into this otherwise perfect and beautiful room there was urine still in the toilet bowl not flushed and there were two towels that have been troubled up and used and still remaining in the bathroom. I brought this to the attention of the nice lady on duty and she came up immediately and cleaned the toilet seat and the toilet and took the items away. The hotel is still four Star and this never happened in all my years of travel but it happened here. Responsibility lies with the one charged with preparing the room for guests but this was a one-off event and I would still highly highly recommend this very beautiful hotel with a great breakfast despite the one off event described above."
