"Great place, just need a better system when there are events. Even though it was 830 pm our room was still not ready. We waited almost an hour. Other that it was all great..employees, rooms, all of it."

"Terrible. There was shaved hair in our sink. The sink was stopped up. Hair on the bed. Outlets did not work. Blood (yes blood) on the door. We spoke after our initial entry to the front desk person about our sink not working, and she could not care less. "

"The location is great and home is clean. The bathroom needs a slip mat to ensure safety for elderly. Other than the that it was a wonderful stay. "

"Used bandage on the bedside table. Cigarettes on the floor so room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly after last occupant. Multiple broken outlets. Janky shower only had warm water if the handle was all the way left. Many cracks in walls & ceiling. Exposed wires. Toilet leaked a decent amount when flushed (ew) and ran nonstop. Room door didn’t quite close all the way (locked) and moved every time the hallway air pressure changes (like someone shut their door near room). The breakfast consisted only of apples & stale breakfast bars. Definitely ran down & overpriced. Spend the extra $20-30 and stay elsewhere. Staff was solid though. Will, a manager, was quite helpful offering us a “better” room and friendly. Front desk guy Rick was AMAZING starting before we even checked in (I called the day before) and is the sole reason I didn’t cancel & book elsewhere. "

"I love visiting here the staff is always friendly and the breakfast is always great. The building is in need of elevator repair and the gym could use a treadmill. "
