"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have rented from Black Hills Adventure Lodging and we will look to them in the future again. This is a nice home with ample space for everyone. All in all this is a nice property, you should be aware that there are allot of stairs and all but 2 of the bed areas are on the 3rd floor, also because it is a large home and has 3 levels the air conditioning does not do much for the upper "master" the upper windows are wonderful for the light but also radiate allot of heat with no blinds. If you like it cool I suggest staying in the basement bedroom. The kitchen has a good amount of supplies for cooking and a nice amount of seating. There were a few chairs in the basement and a screen in the living area that needed some maintenance BUT with rentals maintenance seems to ongoing, these are minor things. I contacted the rental company to make them aware as these are not things that affected our stay but I wanted to make them aware. They were appreciative for the information. Nice house, great rental company! Nice area!"
