represents the complete reinterpretation and renovation of a late 1960s building complex. The result is the birth of a modern accommodation facility consisting of elegant and refined apartments, in which the creative work of the architect Oscar Ferraro is reflected in the right attention given to taste, art, beauty, attention to detail and the comfort of guests during their stay.

The complete renovation has given back the possibility of offering apartments of various types ranging from nice studios for two / three people, to standard apartments for up to four people and superior apartments capable of accommodating 6 people.

Modern and Spotless

Daniel and Silvia greeted us and gave us a tour of this relaxing and modern abode. Everything is high tech and automatic from the blinds to the stove. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment had a balcony and dining table great for enjoying simple meals we prepared ourselves, and the indoor dining room would comfortably fit a family. The linens and towels were fresh and white like you’d get at a spa. A short walk to the grocery store, beach, and restaurants; a modest uphill climb to the ancient quarter. The only minor trouble was spotty wifi and television connection, but that just encouraged us to get outside. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach holiday in a charming village. Stay a week and visit the surrounding towns!

Appena ristrutturata, posizione comoda,bella e fun

La casa è vicinissima al mare e a tutti i servizi(supermercati, ristoranti, bar, ecc.) Molto luminosa, funzionale, con tutto quello che può servire. Pulitissima e curata nei particolari. Daniel è molto gentile, preparato ed efficiente. Sperlonga è meravigliosa, la spiggia e il mare sono stupendi. In più c'è una lunghissima pista ciclabile, una passeggiata alta dietro al museo ( molto interessante con sito archeologico) che offre una vista spettacolare, e poi Sperlonga alta con vicoli e panorami mozzafiato. Se poi amate girare Roma e Napoli sono raggiungibili in poco tempo, e ci sono un sacco di altri posti bellissimi a portata di mano. Noi siamo stati a settembre. Clima stupendo. Gente in giro ma senza caos. Bellissimo
