The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. "Such a beautiful experience staying at this hotel/inn. The grounds were stunning and we enjoyed a three course dinner sitting in the back terrace looking over the vineyards. It was an amazing evening! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The suite was beautifully appointed and we couldn’t get over the stunning view from all windows. We would not hesitate to recommend or stay there again on a future trip to Sicily."

" Unfortunately we didn’t get any check in instructions, so we had to call them to send a guy to check us in. He didn’t speak a word of english, so the information was rather lacking. He tried, via google translate to tell us he would clean the rooms.. but in the end we had to ask for it… that ment ‘making our beds’ but not cleaning the floor or taking out the trash or restocking toiletpaper, etc. Also the shower cabin was so small, thet it would only fit a child. "It was very well located, close to the center of Linguaglossa. The gardens were extensive and charming with a wide variety of plants and trees. The staff was very nice and Alfio was the perfect host. The one dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. Highly recommended."

"We had the most lovely stay at Antico Borgo Etneo. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station, the property is gorgeous, our room was very clean and relatively cool considering we were in the middle of a heat wave. Great hospitality and a scrumptious breakfast (we’ll be thinking about that lemon chiffon cake for ages). We would stay again the next time in Calatabiano. Grazie a tutti!"
