"It's a nice hotel with a fantastic view and very clean. The spa was not working on our visit. Staff was great. It would be nice for the balconies to have a screen so you can keep your door open without being eaten up by mosquitos and pestered by flies."

"Location and place are amazing. On two different occasions there was no answer at the front desk. Their response was we were busy. Parking is validated but yhey font inform you upfront upon arrival so we ended up paying more than they advertised."

"Nestled in the mountains, the hotel is a dreamlike setting offering spectacular views of Lake Lucerne (Vierwaldstätter See). It is situated in a quiet area, fully immersed in nature. Ample parking is available. The breakfast is excellent, featuring gluten-free bread options. The Staff is very friendly and nice. Just a one-minute walk away, you will find the funicular that takes you down to the lake to board boats bound for various lakeside villages—including Rütli, the historic site where the Swiss Confederation was founded. Seelisberg is a 35-minute drive from Lucerne, a very beautiful city that is highly recommended. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are simple, yet clean and comfortable. The hotel's true luxury lies in the surrounding nature—knowing we are in the very heart of the Swiss Alps—and that is priceless."

The spa and swimming pool offer an extraordinary wellness perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. For evening relaxation, the cigar lounge and bar provide an incredible atmosphere, complete with an outstanding selection of expertly crafted drinks. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the staff. Every single team member goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest. That level of hospitality never wavers right up until the very last moment. As we were departing, the bellman and valet team were right there ensuring we had cold water and drinks for the road ahead. "This hotel had unparalleled views! We loved the location and enjoyed our stay so much. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Even in mid-September the room was a bit warm at night with an AC unit in the (large) room. The bedding also wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall solid stay!"
