"We enjoyed our stay, it’s very cosy and is in a serene location which is very private. Would definitely return. Hot tub was great. The only things I would change is the windows could’ve been clean as it obscures the beautiful view and the festoon lights did not come on when it got dark. We weren’t able to access the WiFi - if we were staying longer that would’ve been more of an issue. "This is a smashing 2 bedroomed flat, tastefully decorated and with everything at hand for a very comfortable stay. The property has its own parking space in a yard at the back with a rickety path down to a fast flowing stream of water attractive and dangerous to my Spaniel.... The only inconvenience was the walk down the road to a place suitable for my Dog to do his business. Other than that it's a winner."

"Very nice cottage plenty of room for 6 people and close to all local amenities. Beach is about a 15min walk away but not a problem. Harbour is just at the bottom of the road and plenty of benches to sit and relax. My only issue with all properties on this street/road not just this one is parking. You can literally park one car per property and then still have to ask people to move vehicles to get in and out. Other than that loved our stay."

"This property was terribly dirty. The bathroom stank of urine , the place was full of cobwebs, windows hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The crockery was dirty and broken. Only two wine glasses and small glasses even though it was a three sleeping accommodation. The bedding, towels and dressing gowns were off white and stained. The rats kept us awake all night. The BBQ racks were left on the grass dirty and the hot tub hadn’t been cleaned just laced with chlorine which turned my jewellery...

"My wife and I spent a very pleasant week at Cygnet Cottage, using it as a base to explore the Northumberland Coast and local area.This particular accommodation is ideal for a couple. "Beautiful home on the waterfront. Walking distance to M&S/ASDA and the train station. On the Coastal Path for a run or walk of a distance of your choosing.
