This room sits directly above a bar who blast computer techno generated music. When I say loud, items in my room were vibrating and as I lay in bed unable to sleep the vibrations came through the bed. Earplugs were of little help. The music was blasted until 2AM on Saturday, 1AM on Sunday and again to 2AM on Monday. It was brutal. The owmner only yold me after checking in about the music and she said it only lasted until midnight. Wrong!! If mega high volume computer generated techno music into the early hours is your thing you'll love it. If you like to get a decent sleep beginning between 11pm-midnight this isn't where you want to be.

Vi hade en toppenvecka i Split, bra boende, goda frukostar samt fick bra tips hur man tog sig till olika platser och utflykter. Personalen på receptionen var så hjälpsamma på olika sätt. ( ett tips beställ transfer genom dom) vi fick betala dubbelt pris med egen taxi Tack vi återkommer gärna 💑

Fin liten leilighet, sentralt i gamlebyen. God service fra utleier. Eneste minus var alt for tynn og hard madrass i dobbeltsengen, som ikke passet min rygg.

The property was located very centrally to sites of interest and very convenient for breakfast. The parking situation was a problem this time of year (September) and the stairs were very difficult to maneuver for elderly of disabled. For those who retire early, the music from nearby was noticeable. The staff was most helpful and congenial, very friendly.

The hotel is in an amazing location in Split right on the Riva. The staff was incredible and was very helpful when I needed information about the city. They also took me to and from the airport at a reasonable price. If I ever make it back to Split, I will definitely be staying here again.

Guesthouse Pjaceta

Rummet låg bra till då det var nära till både havet och restauranger. Frukosten, om man valde att lägga till den, var lite tråkig då man fick värdecheckar och fick välja mellan restaurangens sex olika tallrikar. Det var ingen buffé utan dom hade sex olika val, omelett eller croissant tex, och mitt sällskap tröttnade på frukosten efter tre dagar då det alltid var samma val. Utöver detta var personalen, som vi mötte när vi fick våra nycklar, väldig trevlig och berättade allt om split och vad man kunde göra där. Rummet var rent och fint och hade AC vilket uppskattades enormt. Jag kan absolut rekommendera detta hotell/”rum” men att du kanske väljer att inte lägga till frukosten. Beroende på hur kräsen du är med mat.

Ikke akkurat ok

Alt vedr rom var elendig, ingen rengjøring av rom,måtte spørre om nye håndklær. Rom og oppgang/trapp var trang, vrient å få stor koffert opp. Bilder stemmer ikke med virkelighet. Frokost spartansk, men ok. Kun stjerner for fantastisk beliggenhet.

Hébergement très bien placé proche du centre historique, des animations, des transports en commun : autocars, ferrys, excursions... Bruyant à l'extérieur mais fenêtre fermé + clim c'est convenable. Accès chambre mal commode : escalier étroit colimaçon. Chambre et salle de douche petite, vieillotte, sans charme, mais propre. Nice apartment in Split city

A nice apartment in Split old town with all the amenities you need, even a dishwasher and a washing mashine! Just outside the Palace walls put you in the center of things so it is a bit noicy but you have got restaurants and bakeries just outside the door. Nicely furnished with a personal touch, just whish it had been a wee bit better cleaned.

Fin studio med fantastiskt läge.

En ganska liten men jättemysig studio. Två våningar med en altan till varje våning. Mycket smal spiraltrappa upp till studion (tre våningar upp). Rent och snyggt, och storleken perfekt för två-tre pers. Läget fenomenalt, likaså den trevliga personalen.

Bra läge!

Mycket bra läge i gamla stan, nära till allt.Bodde där en vecka.Lägenheten var väldigt liten i 2 plan, sängarna var sköna. Det fanns diskmaskin men lite porslin, glas så den använde vi aldrig. Blev besviken på balkongen den va inte så fin som den va på hotellbilderna.Lägenheten låg på vån 3 trappan dit var VÄLDIGT trång och det var lite svårt att bära upp och ner resväskorna då den var rund . Nära till bussar, båtar. Åker gärna tillbaka till Split igen men tar då något annat boende.

Fantastisk service og midt i smørøyet

Vi hadde det helt fortreffelig uken vi var her! Leiligheten/rommet lå midt i smørøyet, bare få minutter unna promenaden og severdigheter. Eierne var utrolig behjelpelige med transport til og fra flyplassen, og alt vi ellers måtte lure på. Vil gjerne bo her igjen!

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service of Katarina and staff. Over the top helpful and never tiring. Example Parking ticket her and her staff explained and helped us pay. Next day car was towed and at the end of a most probably very tiring day Katarina drove us across town to the tow yard waited and escorted us back to the hotel. And honestly Katarina had a sincere sweet smile and demeanour every day no matter her challenges in pleasing the guests! This was by far the best and most personal service we have ever received!!! Hats off to Katarina and many many thanks also to Medelo(?) her staff.

Nice apartment

The apartment we stayed at was nice, it had small kitchenette and basic facilities. Very clean and comfortable. It was in a different part of town than the address listed on the Hotels.com posting but it was still a good area for sightseeing downtown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they walked us to the apartment from the checkin office and answered our concerns quickly. The A/C and wifi weren't working when we got there so we told the staff; they were able to fix the A/C right away but the wifi couldn't be fixed while we were there. The staff offered to move us to another unit but we didn't bother, this little apartment was nice enough! It also has a small outdoor courtyard with table and awning to sit outside.
