The apartment is in the Spinut district, near the Marjan park and only a ten-minute walk from the centre of Split.

Two of these single beds can also be joined together. There is also a sofa bed (80 x 180cm) for one person. Free Internet access is available.

Just 250 metres from the beach there is the «Gusar» concrete beach with restaurants. The nearest pebbled beach is a ten-minute walk away. It is a bit further to a sandy bay and 300 metres to the yacht harbour, where there are two good restaurants: "Re di mare" and "Lucica".
