"This was a cute and comfy place to stay. It is very clean, in a convenient area of town and works well if you are not in need of a place where you can make your own meals. The kitchenette is very basic, with just a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge but everything was set up nicely. It was quiet and enjoyable!"

"My stay was alright. Quiet. Acoomodations were rather old,but with modern upgrades. I was a bit surprised that there was no body lotion provided. And, there needs to be a standlamp for reading behind the chair closest to the door. Otherwise, convenient location. Comfortable. Easy parking. Quiet neighborhood."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Gretchen was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to questions! The house is so cute and comfortable. It was very clean and well supplied. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and you can walk to several coffee shops which was nice. It’s also close to downtown Franklin. We brought our dogs and it worked out perfectly. There’s no fence around the yard but that wasn’t really an issue for us. We would absolutely stay again!! Great house!! Great host!!...

"The place was perfect for us. Clean and very cute. Almost like a beach cottage. It was a great location and suited our needs perfectly. I think the only thing missing was some firewood for the fire pit and when they cut the grass, they didn't pick up the clippings so we tracked those in the house, but the house itself was just great. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed here with four kids ranging in ages from 2-8 and it was perfect for us! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the back yard was perfect (and contained) for the kids to run around in, and the house layout worked out well. Also, close proximity to stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property!"

"We highly recommend this location! It is close to downtown without being downtown. The location was nice and quiet allowing us to rest. When a rain storm rolls it, it is so relaxing to be upstairs in the bedroom listening to the rain against the skylights."
