"I booked this hotel to save money, but it ended up costing me more than a slightly more expensive hotel in town, which was only about ten years newer, modern, and offered excellent service, spacious rooms, quality finishes, and a pool. My Bose headphones went missing during my stay. Staff were apologetic but delayed taking any action until it was too late and the camera footage was lost. The Director of Operations insisted my stay had been “enjoyable,” yet offered no compensation, adding to the frustration. I would never stay here again. It was quite run down and a case of being penny wise and headphone foolish."

"Had a housekeeper walk into my unit with his staff card key without knocking or any warning. He opened right into our room and we were literally frozen. Lucky we were wearing something! "

"Easy parking and very close to shops and stores. Rooms are a little noisy and we could hear people in the hallways until 3am. Manager and other staff are efficient and friendly. Recently redecorated, some unfinished details like caulking and such but overall a nice job. "
