"Lovely hotel, our room was just perfect and so spacious. The hotel staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. The most comfortable bed ever and lovely bathroom. Breakfasts were superb as was dinner in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This was our first time in Westport and was part of a roadtrip through Ireland. Westport was by far our favorite. The hotel had convenient FREE parking on site, rooms had all the amenities you needed and was in walking distance to the main shopping areas. Staff was extremely welcoming and the breakfast that was included with our stay was amazing. "

"This is a nice hotel - large reception with lots of seating areas, big restaurant/bar area, spa, beautiful grounds, walkable to the quay area for restaurants, and a long but doable walk to town. Mary at the front desk was very nice and gracious when we checked in and through our stay. Some negatives - the property and the rooms are showing some signs of age and wear. Carpets need refreshing. We found our bedroom to be spacious. Breakfast was a bit better than average, although the breakfast staff seemed inexperienced and not as well trained as in many hotel restaurants. No decaf coffee ?? The dinner dining room staff were much better - excellent and attentive. "

"We had a nice stay here. Loved Westport. Easy to walk downtown from the location. Many great options for restaurants and pubs. Room was too hot with no way to control the heat, but were able open the windows to make it comfortable. "

"We had a room with a lake view it was FANTASTIC!! We had a wonderful stay. Food was so flavorful great menu. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. I would stay here again. Staff was lovely. "
