"Fantastic location and easy contactless check in! Great communication with staff via messaging. Our charming room was on the top floor (3 flights of stairs). The only issue was the dormer windows didn’t enable a ton of fresh air in and the room was warm, but the fan in the room helped. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very nice and well appointed. Suzanne, our host for breakfast, was absolutely lovely and went above & beyond to take care of everyone in the dining room!! Fiona prepared a great breakfast and amazing baked goods as welcome snacks in the living room. I enjoyed getting to know all the other hotel guests over breakfast! Would definitely stay here again. Just wished they had air conditioning. Note for US travelers with cars….the parking app in Scotland does NOT work on US phones! You need to bring coins or call the phone number & pay over the phone, which takes time."
