"Breakfast was ok I had the salmon with scrambled egg first day which was very good same for my wife next day I got full English which was not very good as for the room no tea bags no kettle dinning room was to cramped Had to asked to be moved to the main hotel dinning room which was much better "

"The staff was amazing! So welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in the best location…close to the ocean, near market street…everything is very walkable. The rooms are cute. I’m a light sleeper so ear plugs are a good idea if you need silence. We heard a lot of traffic in the hallway, but truly a great place to stay."

"Set in a lovely, leafy suburb of St. Andrews 'The Rest' was a perfect escape for us. It had just the right amount of space we needed to feel comfortable and was extremely well equipped. Great communication with the owner, we would recommend this one bed space to anyone."

"Really nice place with plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen was very clean and well equipped. All the rooms had hair dryers in them. Lovely dining room for us all to spend time together. Quiet, calm neighbourhood. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing I can think of is the couch... It wasn't the most comfortable to sit on."
