The second bedroom has the flexibility of a zip and link facility which can be transformed into a super kingsize bed, a Smart TV and wardrobes. The third bedroom has snazzy bunk beds, forever popular with little ones and a storage unit. A family shower room, with impeccable styling, has a walk-in shower including rainfall option.

The outside space is rather special, a private terrace with elegant seating, sea views and overhead cover. Perfect for relaxing, whilst you recount your day’s adventures, enjoy a little al fresco dining or just look towards the sea beyond.

The town of St Austell with its mining heritage has shops and array of amenities, whilst the world-renowned Eden Project, with the world’s largest indoor rainforest is a must visit. Beaches vary from golden swathes to almost white sands, with inlets and coves to discover. Swimming and paddle boarding or just shoreline paddling await. Spend an afternoon in pretty Mevagissey with its boutique shops and narrow streets or Fowey, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a plethora of eateries, pubs and incredible architecture.
