We had quite a criteria when looking for a property to suit us and our ageing dog. This property ticked all the boxes (just steps up to property to steep for our dog). We needed a property with a ground floor kitchen and lounge, a property with a view out of the window to the harbour, a good size bedroom with a kingsize bed. short walking distance into the village. A parking space (these are really hard to come by). This property had all of that and more, Stunning view of the harbour and village not only from the lounge window but out of the french doors of the front bedroom (with kingsize bed). One of the biggest TV's I have seen, good Broadband speed. Having a dog it was nice to see that stair gates are available to stop your dog going up the stairs. Our dog settled down almost immediately (we just had to wash the floor as something was leading to excessive sniffing) but once that was done he happily relaxed in his bed. During the booking it all went smoothly, a problem arose when the balance was due, but the host was quickly on hand to resolve. On arrival at the property the owner showed us how the electronic door look worked and how the air to air heating worked and could be adjusted to suit us. We really did enjoy our stay in HipNautic, we walked into Mevagissey every day of our 4 night stay. We can highly recommend this property and we would not hesitate to return. (pubs, restaurants, shops all very dog friendly)
