Newquay Villa 127 is a modern 2 bedroom holiday home comfortably sleeping 4 guests. We are situated only a few miles from Newquay town centre and beaches. The villa is family friendly including travel cot , high chair and stair gate at no extra cost. The lounge area has a comfortable corner suite with coffee table and flat screen TV (Freeview) and DVD player. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped for self catering and has a table and chairs for 4 people. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 reading lights and a wardrobe. The twin room has 2 single beds, 1 bedside table, 2 reading lights and a wardrobe. The shower room has a toilet, walk in shower, modern vanity washbasin and heated towel rail. Towels provided. There is WiFi in the villa to access emails and social media. On site we can offer parking within 30 metres of the villa, an outdoor childrens play area, teen den with arcade and slot machines and free WiFi in the cafe area. There is also an outdoor laundry on site. The cafe offers a popular and healthy option menu all day with ice creams and treats for those special occasions. The resort offers a quiet/family atmosphere with an excellent central location to explore Cornwalls hidden coves and fantastic blue flag beaches.
