"We stayed in the "Orme" room which has a fantastic view of the Sea and the Pier at Llandudno. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and very clean and tidy. We had an Evening meal and Breakfast which were first class and very tasty. We will be booking agin in the future. "

"Wonderful stay, gave us early check in, card and chocolates for our 51st Anniversary! Went back to hotel to have a drink in bar at 9.30. Not much of a space to sit and socialise. Breakfast good but expect Pancakes or Eggs Benedict as in sister hotel Wild Pheasant. "

"We arrived on the Friday evening and had a quick check in with very helpful and friendly staff. Dinner in the hotel was good but quite expensive. There are local pub restaurants a short drive up the road or a walk into village . The views are amazing as we had an executive room with patio facing the estuary. The views of the castle and town to the left and to the right the village were very pleasing to the eye and I spent a great deal of time just watching the world go by on the patio. The room was clean and well stocked . The downside of this spa hotel is the fact that guests can only use the pool and sauna/ steam room ect either early in morning or from 5pm onwards. Absolutely atrocious as the cost of hotel isn’t cheap. If weather is bad you are unable to use the facilities as they favour non guests over guests. The treatments are quite expensive but good. I would stay again but very disappointed of limited time allowed in pool. As you can imagine come 5pm it can get busy as weekend ."

"This was a modern, professionally run hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Ideal location a 10 min walk into town but the Craig y Don atea has lovely places to eat and drink. We fad a gorgeous meal in the hotel. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a dog and there’s certain rooms allocated for pets it was dark with a small window with view of pipe works the bed was very comfy and clean the shower was very good but the corridors on first floor were in need of major re-vamp creaked floors sounds from music at night from entertainment . The downstairs looks fine and breakfast hall looks modern and newly decorated but what we had was disappointing and not for us. The staff were friendly and the Spainish girl was always smiling and helpful. The location is too far the opposite end of town if only on foot but we were lucky and had our car.easy enough to park outside on street. Llanduno isn’t a cheap place to stay as they have a constant stream of older guests to keep the price up. The Seafront hotel is cheaper than most but now we realise why and would rather opt for a Travelodge with the same standard nationwide and roughly the same price and take dogs made a mistake going for the cheapest"

"There was no free parking. I was not impressions with the breakfast I paid £32 expecting a hot breakfast but it was a continental breakfast It wasn’t the best although the member staff did go out of his way to provide scrambled egg. The room wasn’t ready. I was offered an alternative room which I wasn’t happy about but again the member of staff made up the bedroom for me and the kids we had the attic floor the room was clean and tidy super king-size bed with a Tv the kids room was very small and very basic but comfortable for the kids. It was a little bit unorganised but again the member of staff did go out of his way to make things right and comfortable "

"Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Outdoor at the back was great and secure for the dog! Grab rail by door was excellent to access the step up into hall. As someone with mobility issues I found the toilet v low, and no grab rail to help, so we bought a seat riser to use. "
