"After booking the property, I received feedback from the host on the day we were scheduled to arrive, that the house was not actually available. I still have not received a refund and it is very difficult to get in touch with Expedia to rectify the situation. "

"The property was a nice size and cute rustic build.We couldn't get warm however they heater provided wasn't very good luckily we had throws with us as there wasn't any provided for extra warmth. The smart TV was useless as it wasn't connected to the internet and despite accessing settings to input password it still didn't work and we had no ariel for even basic channels.The outside bathroom was freezing and had no sufficient light, to use shower.There was a smell in cabin and a layer of dust cobwebs, could do with a clean and air freshener.We ended up going home early due to issues.Could be a lovely place to stay but improvement needed, definitely not worth 140 a night!"
