This kid friendly home has 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 brand new Birch hybrid organic hypoallergenic king beds, and 1 queen bed. The 40 foot pool has a great water slide, creating lots of fun for the "kiddos",both young and old! Cook up some hamburgers and hot dogs out on the patio and relax under the Gazebo. Putting green for the golf enthusiasts in the family. After a fun filled day, sit down and relax with 4 flat screen TV's through out the house with Dish Network and 'The Hopper' and Blue Ray DVD. or play cards or family games. Outlet mall near by, Zion National Park and Snow Canyon Park for hiking and canyoneering, Sand Hollow and Quail Reservoirs for beach and boating and all other water sports. Sand dunes for ATV adventures. Tuachan amphitheater features Broadway shows outside under the stars. World class golf all over St George and even a Costco within one mile!!! Small extra charge for pool heat in the winter months ask owner for more details.

Great home base for visiting Utah's Parks

The house was perfect for what we needed it for. It had a pool for our rest days and a good kitchen but close proximity to National Parks and State Parks to explore

Great home with pool

We brought the family to St George for a dance competition and had a great time at the house. All the kids got a bed. We enjoyed the bbq area and the pool. Awesome host. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! There were 9 of us in the family and we have no complaints. Plenty of room, very clean, communication with owners was amazing, pool was clean, very spacious. Perfect for a family get away!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the pool is the absolute best! Communication was easy and we loved being close to all of our favorite spots in St. George! I have a feeling we will be staying here again!

Good location

The location was close to stores and close to the Softball fields and restaurants… The home was geared more for families with kids on a budget. The home was comfortable but definitely needed to be cleaned and organized better, not your typical updated and high end place to stay.

Great family stay

We spent 6 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. It was 100+ every day, but the AC worked great. Having a private pool to cool off in the heat after morning hikes was really fun and the teenagers lived in it. House was really nice and spacious. Will stay again if in St George.

This home was perfect for our group. Lots of pots, pans and cooking essentials. Plenty of seats in living room and dining room. Space for the entire group to spread out or gater together. The pool was well maintained and the kids loved it. Overall very nice and enjoyable

We loved our stay at this house. It was conveniently located between all our favorite places to visit (13 minutes to Pioneer Park, 20 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park, 30 to Kolob Canyon part fo Zion, 45 minutes to Zion). It was clean, comfortable, roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. My kids spent most of the time in the pool even though we never figured out how to turn on the slide!

Our Private Paradise!

We recently stayed at this VRBO rental in Utah, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The outdoor pool was a fantastic bonus, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—close to many exciting attractions.
