  • Looking for a charming and cozy escape with good beach access? Then A Place In The Sun is for you! This spacious condo sits just across the street from the beach and offers nice Gulf views. Open living/dining/kitchen area has tile floors. Take a break from the beach and lounge by the shared pool, or enjoy a picnic on the semi-private sundeck. Multiple TVs/DVDs. Shared. laundry facilities. Just a short walk to the beach. Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay. Cute little place. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for any cooking needs. Great location to the beach. The beach path is directly across the street from our front door. The neighborhood was quite and within easy driving distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

Comfortable house for our family of four and our two teenage sons each having their own twin bed in their shared bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable. The house is right across the street from the beach and an easy walk. That part of the beach was quiet and secluded. The host was also very accommodating when I asked to move my reservation up one day.

We enjoyed this property. So many great aspects from the ease of working with Suzanne, the location (across from beach with Ocean view, and the comfort of the condo. Would stay again when visiting SGI!

The perfect honeymoon getaway

My husband and I came to SGI for our honeymoon and this was the perfect spot! It was very clean and steps away from the beach. We hope to come back for many anniversaries to come!

Perfect getaway with family

The hosts were very helpful throughout our trip. They were responsive to requests before the trip and questions while we were in the unit. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend and the beach was easily accessible.

This place was absolutely perfect for a small family!!! The island is perfect for people who just want to enjoy the beach and each others company without all the touristy things to distract you. We will definitely be back!!!!

We stayed a week in this wonderful condo. Condo was very clean and a perfect location!!! Just a very short walk to the beach, and short drive to all the restaurants and shops. We are booking the same condo for next year!!

Location is great - easy walk to the beach! Near restaurants, the cutest donut shop, and the ice cream shop! Accommodations are perfect for a small family. Of note, washer / dryer are not on the unit.

Highly recommend

We would highly recommend A Place in the Sun. The unit is clean, comfortable, well decorated and in a great location. Check in and communication with the owners was easy. Even on rainy days the place was bright and inviting. Especially enjoyed reading on the deck when the sun was out.

This was perfect for us and would be wonderful for small family or group of 4. Great kitchen and living room for relaxing and enjoying the waves. The sound of the waves were heard when you opened the front door! Pool and laundry facilities were a nice bonus.

The house was very clean and exactly as described. The large spacious kitchen was really nice and the kids loved having their own TV. The pool was great and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!
