"Walking on Sunshine" is bayfront bliss. A brand-new, stunning 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with pool offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and coastal charm for an unforgettable getaway. ~ Step inside and be greeted by fresh, stylish decor and brand-new furniture, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully curated for your comfort, from the plush new beds to the tasteful decorations. The open-concept common area boasts breathtaking bay views from every angle. You're always immersed in the serene beauty of the surroundings. Drive-under parking provides shade and protection for your vehicles. ~ The primary bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. A full size dresser and 53" tv are provided. A second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, full size dresser and tv while the bunk room provides a fun and functional space with a twin-over-full bunk. A full size dresser and 43" tv are in the bunk room for enjoying. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a comfortable new queen bed, chest and 43" tv. All bedrooms have a closet and extra blankets. ~ Outside, your vacation oasis awaits. After a day at the beach, Rinse off the salt and sand in the convenient outdoor shower and sink. Relax in the sparkling pool, complete with a sun deck, built-in bench, and a mesmerizing multicolor changing light for evening swims. The property does have lounge chairs and a picnic table, which would be great for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors. ~ Adventure is at your doorstep! We provide a tandem kayak and paddleboard, Across the street is the kayak launch, making it effortless to get out on the water. and bicycles for exploring the island. The home is golf cart friendly, allowing you to easily cruise to local attractions. Electric outlet available for charging electric golf carts and a gravel golf cart path allows easy access to street. ~ Relax on the front porch and soak in the panoramic bay views. Keep your binoculars handy to spot the diverse array of tropical birds that frequent the area, and if you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the resident dolphin pair playing in the bay. Owner and Pool maintenance must be contacted for any pool mishaps. All necessary protocol must be followed to keep the pool safe for swimming.

The “Forgotten Coast” at it’s best!

My family has went on and on about this vacation. Spectacular spot on the coast. House was immaculate. Plenty to do within walking distance. We’ve had numerous friends message us after seeing the pics on social media. Highly recommend! 5 stars! Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Perfect family getaway

We had an absolute blast at this home! The house is laid out very well and decorated in a way that you feel relaxed. The kitchen was perfect to make dinner in with all the pans and utensils you need. We made a few meals and used the outdoor grill. The view is beautiful with bay views from all front rooms. You'll see people gather via golf cart or vehicle to watch the sunset. We even put out a crab trap, fished and paddle boarded right outside out door! The pool was a hit! The outdoor shower got used almost more than the inside. Instead of wet bathing suits or sand, just put your kids in there and have a clean dry floor in the house. Very responsive hosts. Will absolutely be returning!
