All 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the Master and 2 other queen bedrooms facing the beach with stunning views and direct access to the large covered porch and private boardwalk. The Master suite has a large comfortable king bed and nicely appointed furnishings. The Master bathroom has a sizable double vanity, corner Jacuzzi tub and stand-alone shower. The elevator is accessible from ground level to all floors, which makes off-loading luggage and groceries a pleasurable experience. The top floor has a spacious kitchen with Jenn-Air downdraft cook top, all stainless appliances and is open to the dining and living areas. The large dining room table seats 8 and the bar at the kitchen has 2 bar stools. A half bathroom is located on the top floor for easy convenience. The spacious living room has ample seating, large flat screen TV and a bar with a wine cooler. The large screen porch spans the width of the home and has a great picnic table, steamer style loungers and rockers. The views are amazing throughout this generous home and will truly make you feel right at home. The Plantation Clubhouse with access to the large community pools, tennis courts and fitness room is adjacent to this house for super easy access!
